DAY 40 - Day 50

Day 40: On this day I wasn't in the best of moods...some would call it 'grumpy'. I thought to cure my darkness, I'd watch "My Sister's Keeper" to really give me some perspective...it did, but it also made me very sad...and...the mood still lingered.

Day 41: I woke up still feeling grumpy due to a terrible night's sleep only to try on my black skinny leg jeans from Sportsgirl (something that I sporadically do/did) only to find that they fit...perfectly! My day suddenly became bright after that!!

Day 42: (This is cheating cos i took a photo of my tv...) But it is the best girl show ever...in my opinion.

Day 44: The day before Valentines day...

Day 45: THEY NEVER LAST...chocolate should be banned from my house...

Day 46: Shopping day!

Day 47: My friend Aimee took Isabelle and I around the city for a day filled with art peering, sandwich eating, walking, and talking. This alley way has two purposes...to get between these two large buildings and to let people get to the centre of the alley way where a delicious sandwich shop is...I will probably never be able to find it again but it was so yummy & perfectly fresh.

Day 48: Ash Wednesday...the beginning of Lent. A beautiful service led by my faithful and talented husband.

Day 49: My new toy! I will hopefully be more diligent in posting my pictures now because I have an amazing computer to load them up on! No excuses now!

Day 50: My mineral water bottle...anyone who knows me knows that I drink one of these a day...it is an expensive water drinking habit.

I did my first ever spin class today. I think I nearly died. My backside is SORE and I know my legs are going to have something to say tomorrow but I am looking forward to going back on Friday!

If I could wear jeans every day of my life I'd be thrilled! So glad it was cool enough today that an outfit of jeans, shirt, cardigan and thongs was perfect.

I know this is a little bit cheating but I took these together as he was tipping his head from side to side trying to decide what I was up to... He was a very good puppy today. He just followed me around while we cleaned the whole house. He sits himself in the doorway of whatever room I am cleaning - watching and waiting incase I do something exciting. I didn't - but he still just followed me anyway.

These things (plus milk and chocolate chips) made cookies and cupcakes today... yummy! But not for me.

Today was Valentines day...at concordia. every year the student leaders organise roses to sell. this year they also had beautiful cup cakes...they were amazing, fresh and sweet! it was a glorious day today, sun was shining and it was friday put those together and you make for a great day!

I had a day off after the conference and Tim and I went and discovered a new cafe and visited some op shops. In Croydon there are about 5 cute little shops all in a row down a not so main street, this was the window of one of them, i think i'll have to go visit another day and have a proper look!

The way I spent my morning.... finished and ready to hunt down book 4. Anyone seen the TV series that can recommend it compared to the books? I'm not a big Anna Paquin fan...

Any other pastors wives out there with a vampire book collection?!

This is what I have been doing the past few days learning about reconciliation and being a peacemaker. It was a full on course but very worthwhile!

I saw this beautiful bush when I walked to the conference i was attending on tuesday, beautiful way to start the day!

Rebecca and Steven are engaged...and have been since December but I saw her for the first time on Monday and saw her stumming engagement ring!...which you can't fully see in this photo but that's ok!
