Apple and cinnamon pancakes with homemade apple jelly for dessert at lunch today. The jelly was a gift from a lady at church who collects the apples from a tree on the median strip in her street "because they just rot away otherwise". The pancake recipe came from a magazine given to me by another lady from church who made me the most delicious maple roasted chicken for dinner last night. The magazine she gave me had the recipe for the chicken and these pancakes.
I think I may have found the prettiest light in my house today.
